Summertime Tip

Sure, the air conditioner may work, but at what cost?

The job of any air conditioner isn’t to magically produce fresh cool air,  instead it removes the heat from the air inside your home and transfer that heat outside via the condensing unit.

Look closely at the above pictured condensing unit. Seems that the lawn service has cheerfully blasted it full of grass and dirt on this side. Meanwhile, the dryer vent and been donating enough lint to knit a nice sweater on the right side. Thereby reducing this air conditioners ability to remove the heat from your home.

So to efficiently remove the heat from the air inside your home, it is extremely important to keep these coils clean. This will also  increase the lifespan of your air conditioner and help lower your power bills.
